Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development & Management:
Design, build, and customize responsive, high-performing websites
using WordPress and the Elementor page builder.
Manage all aspects of our web presence, including theme and plugin
updates, security checks, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring a smooth and errorfree
user experience.
Implement new features and functionalities to enhance our websites
based on evolving business needs.
Web & Graphic Design:
Conceptualize and create a wide range of visual assets for both digital
and print, including website mockups, landing pages, social mediagraphics, email newsletters, ad creatives, brochures, and presentations.
Ensure all designs are visually cohesive and strictly adhere to our brand identity guidelines across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visuals for campaigns that engage our target audience and drive conversions.
Continuous Learning & Collaboration:
Actively stay informed about the latest design trends, WordPress updates, and new digital technologies.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new tools and techniques to continuously improve your skills and our creative output.
Work closely and collaboratively with team members from marketing, sales, and management to bring creative projects from concept to completion.


Qualifications and Experience
Essential Experience:
Proven experience in designing and building websites with WordPress and the Elementor page builder is mandatory.
A strong portfolio that clearly showcases your skills in both website creation and graphic design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, and best practices.
Familiarity with a range of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Canva).
A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly web layouts.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and minor customizations is highly advantageous.
Personal Attributes:
A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
